Seas Prestige FA22RCZ, closed or back loaded
« on: 30 Nov 2011, 07:54 am »
I have recently purchased a pair of the ferrite magnet Seas Prestige FA22RCZ. I have installed  them in my Lamhorns but am considering  having the recommended closed box 3 cu ft built for them.  Does anyone have experience with these recently released drivers?

thanks

I have a pair, but haven't done anything with them yet. I'll likely put them in a Woden Design ML-TL

Looks like a poor man's Seas Exotic F8-X1. I'll be interested to hear how they sound.

The FR is almost identical. So on that score it can't be too bad at all.

The local (NZ) dealer has them at an excellent price. I have some things that I need to think through. However I would really like to try a larger FR and this looks like a very good candidate.
