I have for sale a YS audio symphonies v2 stereo preamp. The preamp works fine, but has a few minor issues
1) The preamp was slightly damaged when it was shipped to me. The front panel behind the faceplate is slightly dented, so the input selector knob is pushed in a little bit. This doesn't affect the knob's operation. The front faceplate is clean, not damaged.
2) The volume control (stepped attenuator) makes a clicking noise when the volume is adjusted. When the volume is set there is no noise
3) The preamp is a little noisy and some background hiss can be heard through the speakers. I believe this is due to the power supply capacitors, which can be upgraded if desired.
This preamp comes with stock 12ax7 and 6x4 tubes. I highly recommend upgrading the 12ax7 tubes to vintage ones for best results. The preamp comes with power cord, no manual or original box included, but I will pack well. Price: $200 plus shipping.
