So somebody on Craigslist had a listing for a few boxes of tubes. He was asking $50, I went over and didn't see anything I wanted, so gave him $20. There were so many tubes I figured there had to be a 12AU7 or something in there I could use, but no ... didn't find anything I need. So now they're just taking up space, and I need the space!
There's something around 1000 tubes here, many are NOS GE/Sylvania/RCA ... no European tubes. If somebody wants them, how about trading for some booze ... a decent 12 pack or a nice bottle of wine? That's something I can use
Otherwise they're going in the trash, which would be a shame.
I live in Jeff Co, House Springs. If you want them but don't want to drive this far, I could meet you somewhere, or put them in the back of my wifes car who drives downtown to work everyday and she could meet somewhere along the I-44 corridor.
Trash comes tomorrow, I might be able to wait a week but would rather not. Hopefully somebody here wants them.
