What is the IEC configuration - 15 or 20 amp?

Would you use a good power cable to plug in a power conditioner or use a standard cable for it and the good one to plug in the amplifier to the power conditioner?

If you had only one "good" I would use it on the output side of the conditioner.  But having the best you can in both places is ideal.
