Hey GASSERs, just a heads up to let everyone know that Mike Missel does awesome work.  He was able to diagnose (and repair) the issue with my NAT Symmetrical preamp, which has prevented its use for at least a year.  Highly recommended!!

I wondered who owned the NAT. Mike was telling me about it last week when we spoke.

I have his address if someone wants to PM me for it. I don't want to take the liberty of posting it in public.  8)

Mike has sorted my Madison Fielding 320 integrated tube amp, and a HH Scott 299C and a 299D as well. All three are singing happily, and you probably can hear them at our Christmas fete.  8)

Thanks Mike!

Mike repaired my fantastic CEC transport when others threw up their hands and said they couldn't get a schematic and that I was, therefore, out of luck. They were wrong. Schematics are for pussies. Mike don't need no stinkin' schematic. The transport works like a charm again. Mike also helped me out with another project for free. Mike's da man!  :thumb:

Mike, how backlogged are you?  I'm a week out and still haven't received my estimate from Computronics.  It's a commercial amp and the client is getting nervous (yes, I have a loaner installed for them) Just for my own info for next time...

I haven't heard from you in a while.  I was wondering...Has your furnace been able to keep up, now that the VTL's are gone.

Steve,
I gave up on my own car years ago. Cars are to complicated today.
Though, if I was a mechanic, I would probably have a job.

Cars are too complicated. By anybodies definition. Especially the people that have to service them.
There are so many out of work techs, there are tool boxes with $50,000 worth of tool in them with price tags of $5,000, and STILL have a hard time selling them. Where I work, we've laid off six techs in the past four years and three service advisors.
