No if you have to rack it we usually sell the 17 and a set of rack ears.

James - can you also not offer the 19 inch C-Series faceplate with rack holes drilled into the extended ears?  I believe this was offered to me as an option when I was ordering my 4B-SST/2 but not absolutely sure if that is available.

No the curve prevents adding holes.
