James,
Does the BDP-1 still comes with a bryston thumbdrive when bought new.  Hope so as I'm waiting for mine to come in (was told by the end of november).  Thanks.

Any chance of a possibilty ordening those separately? I'd love to have two Brystons in view. Maybe even show off little....
Please?

Hi Marius,

The new one has 9 songs - 7 at 192/24 and 2 at 96/24 from 2L in Norway.

Great, would love to hear it, but how to get hold of one without buying a second BDP1?

Marius,

i believe 2L offers downloads meanwhile? second chance is to buy their SACD/Blu Ray (2 discs) called "The Nordic Sound". true reference recordings at 192/24 5.1 DTS, 192/24 LPCM 5.1 and 192/24 2.0 LPCM. all classic music ( i think this is music you are interested in...)

Hi Al,

Thanks, seem to be great recordings indeed. I am a professional Classical musician, but do enjoy al great music, as long as the performance gets to me or the recording is outstanding. Preferably both....So I try to find inspiration in the other topic on AC: What are you currently listening to. Have found many gems already. Great set of posters there.

My post in this topic was more to persuade James to send out these Bryston USB thumbs, as I would like to show of to my visitors....Pure eye candy. I love the printed 'Bryston' on them.
(And have Brystons set of preferred recordings too of course.)

Marius

(hope James is screening this topic...)
