Well, since this thread started (last spring) I'd have to add the new Battlestar Galactica to my list.  The new BSG totally rocks, one of my favorite SciFi shows of recent years.

House: Just love the grumpy guy.
Alias: Finally getting on track again and holding my attention.
Numbers: Pretty clever
24: This season rivals the first.
CSI Miami: I also like Caruso. Original CSI is starting to lose luster. NY   doesnt do much for me.
Eyes: Clever so far, will see how far it can go.
Kojak: This one is actually holding my attention.

And favorite oldie currently playing: Northern Exposure. I missed this in it's original run, fell in love with it this winter.

JD:  Kojak agreed!  Very good show.

The Office cracks me up....  Staplers in jello!  LOL.

The Apprentice is very interesting, since Recruiting and selection is my biz.  "The Donald" is irritating, but I like the others in the show.  Fascinating.  The product placement advertising every week is incredible to behold.

I also like American Idol.  Very enjoyable, and an amazing marketing machine.

Arrested Development (best kept secret on TV.  One of my all-time favorites)
Chapelle Show (finally people are catching on! I'm Rick James Bitch!)
The Office (BBC British version only! David Brent is genius! )
The Daily Show (Good stuff that keeps getting better!)
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Cheaters (any other fans out there?)

Guilty Pleasure:
American Idol  -even though my favorite performer is gone, Nadia Turner, it's still fun to watch some of the worst singers I have ever seen.  I watch this show (Tivo) just for the BAD singing from most of the performers.  I also like the idiotic comments from the judges.

I'm with the guys on the first page:
The Shield
The Sopranos

Last year they were on at the same time,
almost couldn't bear having to be at the tube
at a particular time TWICE a week.

And the retrogrouch in me refuses to consider
TIVO-like options. Hey, I'm the kinda guy who
just put a Lingo on his 26 year old Linn!

"The Office" has to be the funniest comedy in years, unfortunately, I think there is only one more episode this season.

The new Battlestar Galactica - my favorite... this show is friggin amazing, unlike any other sci fi show.

Deadwood - great series... they've turned calling someone a cocksucker into an art form.

Chapelle Show - so wrong it's right... the Wayne Brady skit had me on the floor

Stargate and Stargate Atlantis - no where near as good as BG but still entertaining.
