Is anyone surprised?  He should skate on this relatively non serious warrant, he's not generally a trouble maker off the field and out of the locker room, but it goes to his infantile attitude toward everything, still a little boy.  He could have been America's poster boy for anything he wanted to endorse, and pissed it all away instead, what a waste.
