I have been proven wrong on many, many occasions. But I'm pretty sure Usher has cleaned up their distribution channels so that purchasing from overseas may be more difficult, if not impossible. If you do find a store overseas willing to ship to you, I would keep it quiet as they're not supposed to be doing it. Also, don't have the speakers shipped with anything other than something like BAX Global with lots of insurance. The cabinet construction on Usher speakers is out of control. As such, they are very heavy boxes and prone to damage if shipped through regular domestic shipping channels (expect higher shipping charges than for competing speakers). Luckily, there isn't much of an issue with speaker purchases from overseas other than dealing with customs (other than possibly getting a pair with a bad driver in them and that certainly hasn't been an issue in my experience as of yet). The same can't be said for electronics. Try asking some Opera Audio folks whether they would purchase from overseas again after they got subpar parts quality units, or 220V versions of the equipment by buying from Hong Kong.... and then expected the US distributor to replace the unit with a good 120V version for free.....
The number of US dealers for Usher is growing quite rapidly, but is still small in number compared to more established brands. I can't give you a list of other dealers because Usher won't release the dealer list even to dealers like myself. I would like to have it for when people contact me. If they have a local dealer, I want to point them in their direction rather than sell product into another dealer's area. But for now, I have to check with the US distributor every time someone contacts me looking to purchase Usher speakers.
You might try contacting the US distributor directly to see if they can sell direct to you if you don't have a local dealer or at least point you in the direction of the dealer that is geographically closest to you. They are insanely busy but are usually pretty good about responding to emails given time....
At their price points, the Usher stuff doesn't have many peers when it comes to contruction quality and sonics....good luck with your search!!
