Hi.
The floor match the color of the sides of your speakers and the wall match the front of your speakers. So far, so good.
I am anxious to see if the furniture will keep matching your speakers colors ?

Hey Guy..

The flooring was chosen as it was what we used in our kids playroom in the basement and wanted to keep it consistent.. but I like it allot... I am designing the room to look like something you would see in a high end spa.. not contemporary, just clean lined if that makes since..

But, it also has to be neutral enough for every thing that I will build and display etc.. I will make all the racks later this year and then a Turntable next year to complete the room...   :P

Hi (Again)
Soon I will be posting on GR Research site some pictures of my set up and also pictures of my red Ferrari V-2 speakers to be use as sub only.
What make and model of turntable you had in mind for next year.
I have now a Rega P-3 and it's fitted with a Rega Exact MM not a match to the Linn LP-12 I had a few years back, but if something breaks on my Rega it won;t cost me a fortune like the Linn LP-12. (Linn Motor PCB = 450 $ or belt 40 $)

Very cool   You room has some nice dimensions which will help. All you need now is some thick carpeting then you can start dialing your room in with panels a little bit at a time.

you said it Scott- great room and man do you ever work fast Randy.  Should be a really nice treat once the room fills out and a few panels are in place.   :green:

Yes Sir!
I've not had time to do much audio/video related stuff recently, which includes get-to-gethers.  :(

Bob

So not allot more done as this weekend was nothing but house work and honey-dos ..

Still allot to do as I still have to paint the trim and baseboards, order my 10 x 10 rug from CB2, Chair from CB2, and acoustic treatments and diffusers need to be installed..

But it's coming along nicely
