Where will you be putting the GR emblem?

Um...I hadn't really thought about it.  I actually forgot about it until you mentioned it.  I guess that goes in the same category as grills.  I'll do it at some point, but right now its time to listen to music!

For the painted parts, I did 2 coats of sanding sealer, 2 coats of primer, and several coats of black enamel gloss(I'm not sure how many.  Just until it looked right.)  Then several coats of wipe-on poly.  For the veneer, I left it natural, and used several coats of wipe-on poly.

The ports are per the plans, with the difference being that they're on the front: http://www.gr-research.com/pdf/Neo3box.pdf.  Also, I did a 3/8 roundover on the outer edge of the port, so that may be making it look larger than it is.  I checked with Danny before doing so, and he said it wouldn't affect SQ.

With the products you used, how durable do you feel is the finish? Also, how did you apply the paint?

Durability should be fine.  Polyurethane seems to be a common protective coating for speakers.  I brushed the sealer/primer, and sprayed the paint.
