Hold on there 1 I have some Telefunken ECC88's to try. Sorry, I got them last night and had no time to try them. :duh:

Mark, I just looked at your systems page. For tuning and tweaks you have "a few NOS tubes".   :lol: :icon_lol: :rotflmao: :rotflmao:

I have landed on Telefunken ECC88/6DJ8's. They are all that the BB's convey with a bit more bass punch. Very nice for some not so exotic tubes, ie: gold pin, JAN, CCa or e88cc variety. This is all very dependent on not just the T8+, but on the rest of the front end as well as the amps. But if you want tubes that fit under the hood I hope you'll try some of what I've been able to try and report back on.  :thumb: Enjoy!
