Just got my new T8 (and love it so far).  However, having an issue.  It goes in my main TV set and I like to use a Harmony remote.  I didn't see it in the default manufacturers so I added it myself and taught it volume and mute.  Well it works except when I push Volume Up or Down, it just keeps going!!!  I push volume and the knob just keeps on turning.  Obviously this won't cut it.

Anyone else using a Harmony with their AVA preamps?  Any solutions?  Can't figure out why it does it.  Hope there is a workaround.

When you say you "added it myself taught it", I assume you mean the remote was in the learning mode and you had the two remotes head to head.  Try it again, but with just a single quick press of the volume as opposed to holding the button down until the remote says OK.

Thanks for the advice.  I went through the learning again and pressed it as fast as humanly possible.  The software claimed it read it.  I then updated the remote again and still got the same result.   

I'm wondering if I should delete the device completely and try it again versus just "relearning".  I'll try this tomorrow night unless someone else has a better idea before then.
