I have a small spot on a driver that is peeling up, about half an inch.  What is the best glue to affix a rubber surround to the metal speaker frame?  I was thinking of using a small amount of black silicone between the frame and surround, will that harm the thin rubber surround?  

Any good sources for a glue to do this?

I've used rubber cement in the past for this. I think Parts Express sells special speaker adhesive.
