what is standard setting for Hi output MC?or low output MC.what is the minimum or maximum force .or play by ears.

There is no "standard"  There are high, medium and low compliance carts. Follow the manufacturer's recommendation and tweak for best tracking with your ears and/or test record.

Most manufacturers will post a range of VTF for a particular cartridge.  I usually try the high end of the range as a starting point. 
A bit too heavy is better than having the cartridge jumping out of the groove and damaging the record.  Far more damage is caused by setting the force too low than too high.
