PCM1704 vs PCM1704U-K

I have a professionally modded DAC60 that PCM1704s as opposed to 1704U-Ks. From my research, I see that the "K" has better THD and dynamic range (102dB vs 106dB). Should I be concerned? Are these small differences likely to be audible?
Thanks.

Orson, You might ask why your DAC60 does not have the PCM1704U-K as it is specified to have on the Pacific Valve website. I wouldn't loose to much sleep over it, but you supposedly paid for the higher speced component.
