To Eric....why not a Pelikan case?  If more gear were protected by such a case, damage would be near non-existent. Someone is getting a great deal on the Kimber as well.

How would you possibly used a case like that to protect the cables while the speaker wires were in use? Unless you do a lot of audio shows, why would your speaker wires need protection like that? Maybe I'm missing the point here or maybe my speaker wires just lead a sheltered life...
