Torus for 4Bsst

Torus for 4Bsst

James,

My Bryston Dealer has recommended the International 4A Model - A010-BCA-B1AH
Would this be adequate?

HI Rabin,

Sorry what is the gear you are hooking up again?
If it is a single 4B SST then maximum current draw at 240 volts at 4 Ohms is 8 amps.
At 8 ohms it is 4 amps
So you would need the International 8 Amp unit or 4 Amp unit depending on your speaker load..

The 4Bsst will drive a Thiel 2.4
So you recommend an 8A model rather than a 4A model?

Hi Rabin,

Yes I would say go with the 8 amp. In the long run it will be a better choice. Also you could plug in all your other gear as well.
