Just wondering if anyone can tell me how to reset my SP1.7 back to the factory default settings.  I have had a few problems with my sub not getting any input in DTS 5.1 DVD's.  I'm hoping if I go back to the default settings this problem maybe corrected.

HI,

IR code '254' should reset almost everything to factory defaults, given a relatively recent software version.

Thanks James.  I have software version 44F and that code worked great.  It reset all the settings.  I will now try again to configure my SP1.7.  But this time I'll keep it simple and test the sub output as I go.

James, I have tried to find the hidden codes on the bryston website.  But, I was unable to find them.  Can you send me a link to the codes.  Thanks.

OK after much searching and many hours of frustration I found the "missing link"

Go here - http://www.bryston.ca/BrystonSite05/BrystonDocs.html#preamp

Then click on the SP1.7 under Memos and Misc - then SP1.7 Hidden Codes.

Hello James, in your previous post, you were just mentioning the "hidden codes" link in www.bryston.ca
My question was more about the list ...
