Hello, Folks.
I have noticed an unexpected playback issue in playback of music on my BR-20 when using it to stream from Qobuz (I’m currently on a trial subscription).
There are “skips” in playback during certain songs. Each skip is a fraction of a second, but noticeable. As an example, if the word “syllable” were part of a song’s lyrics, it would become “syll-ble”. The “clipped” portions are in the exact same spot on given songs. There is no apparent pattern to when this clipping/skipping occurs. A song or piece of music will have the same skip (in the same place) on every playback, regardless of day or time of day.
There are no irregularities with my Internet connection. The BR–20 is on a wired connection into the appropriate port, and I use the Manic Moose interface to log into Qobuz (automatic since my information is entered into the settings).
The skips do not occur when using Qobuz’s web player interface on my computer, which is on the same wired connection as is the BR-20. Neither do the skips occur with wireless connections from a laptop or mobile devices when using Qobuz’s web player interface (the wireless connections are on the same router as are the wired connections).
This issue seems to be confined to when I get to Qobuz through Manic Moose on the BR-20, regardless of device (computer, mobile) or type of connection (wired or wireless).
Has anyone an idea as to why I this might be happening?

Examples of songs that get fractions of a second “clipped”:
1. Allègre (song name), Claude Bolling & Maurice André — Bolling: Toot Suite (album); “clip” occurs at the 13- to 14-second mark.
2. Signed, Sealed, Delivered (song name), Stevie Wonder — Signed Sealed And Delivered; “clip” occurs at the 20- to 21-second mark, on the word “Baby”.
3. Living in the Past (song); Jethro Tull — Living in the Past; “clip” occurs at the 12- to 13-second mark.
4. You Are the Woman (song); Firefall — The Complete Atlantic Albums; “clip” occurs at the 21- to 22-second mark
5. Same song as above (in item 4): You Are the Woman (song); Firefall — Firefall; clip occurs in identical location (21- to 22-second mark). Perhaps is the same file (?).
6. Chico And The Man (Main Theme) (song); José Feliciano — Light My Fire: The Very Best Of José Feliciano; “clip” occurs at the 12- to 13-second mark. The clipped instance may not be immediately apparent if you’re not familiar with the song.
7. Coat of Many Colors (song); Emmylou Harris — Songbird: Rare Tracks & Forgotten Gems; “clip occurs at the 12- to 13-second mark (almost to 14 seconds).
8. Hispanic Dance (composition); The Robin Hill Quartet — Concerto for Classic Guitar & Jazz Piano Trio [Claude Bolling composer]; clip occurs at the 23- to 24-second mark.
I thought it might be helpful to mention specific songs in which this issue arises.
