I did search and didn't find the answer.

I'm about to set up triggers from my BR20 to my 7B SST2s.

The BR20 uses a mono mini plug with specified ground "Each trigger port uses a tip/sleeve (mono mini plug) connection, with the tip at VDC and the sleeve at ground."

The 7B SST2s use the bare wire connectors; that don't specify ground. At least not that I can see.

What is the correct way to make the connection?

I have a BP173, 3B3 and  BDA2. Similar to your equipment,  the  BP173 triggers use a mini mono jack and the amp and dac use the bare wire connectors. The inputs are only looking for voltage so there is no need to worry about which wire is connected to the tip or sleeve of the mini jack nor which wire is connected to either of the connectors going into your amps. Pardon the dust.
