Audio Note kits L3 Preamp - $2000
I am the second owner - I have upgraded the volume to a Khozmo stepped remote controlled volume and because of that have a smoked faceplate. The unit was built by Digital Pete, the remote attenuator was added by me. I will include the original Attenuator as well.

This unit features many design upgrades including balanced XLR outputs, Khozmo stepped attenuator (volume control), Dueland capacitors (X2), and new old stock (NOS) tubes in addition to the stock tubes provided. The preamplifier incorporates two 5687-line stage tubes as well as power supply tubes. Standard build features include: I/E Core output transformers, Audio Note tin foil film signal capacitors, Beyschlag resistors, Audio Note AN-A shielded cable, PTFE silver plated copper wire and M2 Power Supply. This is an extremely well-designed preamplifier with incredible sound and spatial nuance. The unit provides outstanding high frequency reproduction and detailed bass response. I am the second owner for this as well which was built by Audio Note Kits. It was the older 12ay7 model, which I went through ANK to order the upgraded board to convert it to the 12ax7/6922 model.
The preamp and phono sound excellent. Local pickup in CT or surrounding areas.
