What am I doing wrong? I cannot get into my.bryston.com. It was working earlier today. My device (BDP-pi) is working. My network is up and running. I can access the internet just fine. The LCD display says "Stopped."

UPDATE: my.bryston.com has worked for years. Not today. However, I was able to get into my player with bryston-bdp-pi/local

same issue for me....started yesterday afternoon, mybryston.com won't load on my LAN....BDP-3 and BDA-3.14....plenty of restarts, router, gear etc.....nothing

Yes, I noticed this issue as well. The way around it for me is simple. Just load the web address of the device manually in the address bar of your browser. It can be found on the display when using the up/down arrows on the front panel.

There are numerous previous discussions in this forum, going back many years, where it's my.bryston.com, and that's always worked for me. But neither form of that URL works now. I also discovered that support.bryston.com doesn't work. I think these issues are related. In any event, bryston-bdp-pi.local got me into my player. Or /local -- either works.

same experience here….tried a couple of downloads from the bryston website…support links don’t function….the local device website works for me as well…thanks for that
