Hi, I am seeking advice on a sub for my Magnepan 3.7i
Should I buy the dipole sub with 2 or 3 drivers?

If you can do 3, great. They would be similar to 3/4 height of 3.7s. Two would be more than acceptable, but three is more better!. It is like the LRS bs the 3.7.. bigger. If the room is big enough for 3.7 then get three..

It can really depend on your room size and how loud they need to play to keep up with the level of the Maggies.
It is also likely a pair of duals will be plenty.
