Long time lurker, finally decided to join. 

I'm a single driver speaker/SE amp/vinyl kinda guy, currently running Sachiko double horns with Fostex FE206ES-R drivers, Korneff 45 amp and assorted digital and turntable bits and bobs that get rotated in from time to time.  I'm currently looking into putting together an Oris horn system.  My wife and I have been buying tons of vinyl lately and I'm very lucky that she not only tolerates but encourages my madness. 

What finally put me over the edge to join was the fact that I'm interested in buying an item for sale in the marketplace.  I know that's lame but I do plan on sticking around and contributing (if I can).

Fullrangeman, I got your PM but it doesn't let me reply (probably because I'm new).

To answer your PM, I got the amp used, it's the integrated amp version and it's fantastic.  Jeff Korneff takes breaks from building amps from time to time so I don't know if he's still currently making them or not.  There are a lot of people out there claiming to build the "Korneff" circuit even though some of them aren't using the same tubes types of the original so be careful.  The only folks that I know of that have back engineered Jeff's amp circuit is Tube Audio Lab.  I'm not sure if he has Jeff's permission to use his circuit or not.  I can try to track down Jeff's  contact information for you, I know I've seen his email listed elsewhere.

By the way, can you or someone let member "Regalma" know that I'm interested in his Soundsmith SMMC-1 cartridge listed in the trading post?  I don't know how long it will be before I'll be allowed to contact other members directly (again, probably because I'm new).

I don't know the owner of Tube Audio Lab but on his site he has done a rebuild of an actual Korneff 45 amp so he at least knows the real circuit.  I've seen some amps put up for sale as "Korneff" amps that don't even use the correct tubes so you need to be careful.  Real ones come up for sale every so often so keep your eyes open.  I got very lucky and came across the integrated version that combines his 76 preamp with the 45 amp in one chassis. 

It is a fantastic amp if your speakers are efficient enough.

My FR is not efficient enough(94dB) but I plan use other output tube and circuit.
