I purchased these amps new in August 2016. They have less than 100 hours use. Wonderfully dynamic with 400 watts of power at 8 ohms. Silver color. As-new condition but I'll rate them 9/10 as they are technically "used".
Nord One NC500 mono blocks based on the Hypex NCore NC500. Twin SMPS1200A700 PSUs in each chassis. Nord Class A Discrete Input Buffer board with discrete Op Amps and Discrete Voltage Regulators.
The Sparkos Labs SS3602 op amps are installed. "These Produce a slightly warmer, softer, fuller sound than the Sonic Imagery 994’s. Slightly less detailed and would suit those after a more valve amp sound."
Sonic Imagery 994 op amps were also purchased from Nord and are included. "They have a wonderful airy precise sound without being fatiguing or analytical, and have a very deep soundstage."
Also included at no charge is a pair of Nord 1 meter Hypex Spec XLR to RCA Cables (original cost US $54.76).
