Today I got head up from our local Bryston dealer
That My BDP2's arrived safe and tomorrow they will bring them to me.

Great I'm so happy.

So... In my main setup I had the BP6 stash under BDA3
Always and before that I had the BDA2 seat above it.

Anyway I didn't want to stash BDP2 as well didn't look nice to me (3 units one above the other)
So I took the BP6 to the lower level.

Like so:

This way it will be only BDP above BDA.

After I connect it again and power all I hear sound different.
Better define bass line with subtle shifting on the bass notes and much more
natural high mids and highs almost like a room presence.

Anyone experience somethings similar Or is it just me so exited about the
Coming BDP's that I start to imagining things?
Though I really don't think so ...
My wife hear it as well without concentrating to much,
it's quite notisble improvement.

I don't have all your Bryston equipment, but I do have the BDP-1 (files:WAV).

In its current rig, it's being used with: Dangerous Music Source w/ Teradak LPSU, Amphion (Amp100/One15), and Sennheiser HD 800. I have noticed something similar to what you're describing. Spacing your components apart is always good, along with isolation (vibration + EM/RFI).

However, I also noticed a change in sound in my rig, when I never moved anything, except for rewiring my power cables into a new outlet as I was running out of plug spaces. Before, my audio and power cables were spaced apart and everything sound fine. When I moved them to the new outlet, the power and audio cables (digital and analog ICs) were running beside each other. As soon as I played it, everything sounded compressed and muddy. I actually thought I blew something out at first. It took me quite awhile to figure out what had actually happened. Apparently, others have also run into this problem before. Now, I always make sure to keep both the digital (AES) and analog cables away from power cables.

Perhaps, another thing to look at when you get the BDP-2.
