Hi all,

Never really tried it, but after clicking Artist, Album, Genres, Album Artist in the MM left column Drive list, nothing happens other than a blank space. Not even the 'loading' we get to see when loading a new drive or folder after clicking it.






What's supposed to be listed seems obvious, but does it work for anyone?

Please share if it does.
Playlists works fine.

No I hadn't James. Will try again.

Ive had my share of issues with the song and artist view buttons, so i gave up and never used those.....

Hope that Chris will implement the Album view again and overcome the MM issues we've had with that. Browsing the Cantata Album view, or iTunes for that matter is still something id love to see in MM.

Hi Marius,

Which firmware revision are you using? I just recently had a similar problem with accessing data from my internal SATA drive. The only solution for me was to revert to S2.16 2015-06-19 (I had been using beta firmware previously which has its own potential problems). Also strange was that my BDP2 then took a very long time to initially update its database. But it's been perfectly fine since then. So, maybe try changing the firmware?

Just an idea anyway.

Sure, thanks for having a look. I had to restart the Bdp for it had become totally unresponsive. In fact, it still is.....
Maybe wait a few more minutes after restart for it to settle completely. I'll let you know.

Hi Chris ,

From my iPad I can click on any command, but the Settings button hangs.....
Have to kill the window and reload MM.



edit: just tested this, it only hangs in portrait mode, Landscape works fine. Has got to do with the responsive automatic window sizing? On desktop with a smaller window, the settings window pops up fine.

Seen this before, maybe not related. Otoh, I've never been able to create the artist and song views either, so maybe they're related after all?

From desktop mm responded correctly, no problem connecting to dashboard/services: Id 14.
