I share everybody's reservation about your amp in a drawer.  But, my comment is about your room.  Way to go, dude!!  Beautiful it is.  For your benefit and anyone's, the backs of your speakers should be out a minimum of 3' off the wall behind them.  More is better especially if you listen to classical music or any music recorded on location.  The reason is dimensionality as tho you are seated in the audience.  You can then pick the row or your ticket to admission with your volume control.  Good listening to you.

I would drill holes in the bottom of the drawer (or routed louvers would be better), mount a fan over the holes, and have it push air up.  Not the most efficient way to do things, but it could word well.

I believe you will have a heat issue because there is no air flow in that drawer, i.e, input and output.  Heat is the enemy of all electronics.  I am attaching a link to a reputable A/V cooling fan company.  Their fans are not expensive and will save you a headache later.  Call them up and describe your installation and get their input.  http://www.rackfans.com/pages/ProCooL_AV1/AV-180T.html

These amplifiers do produce a great amount of heat. In my situation, my amps are out in the open and I require a floor fan to keep my room cool during their operation. Another issue considering your cabinet is would the glue joints be affected with the heat from the amplifiers and would the wood be subject to warping? Keep us posted

Umm, shouldn't you be more concerned with the distance from the front of the speaker to the back wall?  Dipoles and omnis excluded, that's where the sound is generated.
