Bryston 7B-ST warranty and voltage conversion (for JT)

Mainly to James.

I own the PMC modified 7B-ST amplifiers as listed here:

Wanted to know whether it's worth bringing these amps from the UK to the US when moving.

1. Would Bryston support these PMC branded amps (I believe PMC modify them by removing the clip sensing circuit)?
2. How much would it cost to convert the amps to 110V?
