I opened this thread thinking it was about audiophile quality racks....boy, I need glasses. A'phile quality rock? I like the anniversary remastered Deep Purples that are part of the DP Appreciation Society releases, not the generics by other labels. The Pink Floyd experience edition of Wish You Were Here also sounds great to me. That's the trouble with a lot of 70s rock, there are so many versions out there that it can be difficult to know what's worth hearing. Back catalogs are a minefield.
