Rip the bluray audio from them, using a bluray ripper and software like DVDFAb.

Thanks, will those rips give me the original 24bit files then?
do you have any recommendation for a BR drive to hookup to my MacbookPro?

Yes, they will rip to 24/192 PCM (whatever the stereo layer of the BD was).
I don't have a good MAC-friendly recommendation, sorry; they are around $100 and would only be a purchase item (as opposed to borrowing one) if you had multiple diss to rip.
