Check out ps audio duet, lots of great reviews, well built, I have two.  Problem is they go FAST on audiogon, but if you are patient you can get one for around $100 - 125.  quintet has more outlets, 8 i think.  I also use porter ports.

+ , like 97 on these.  They work well.  Their MOV cartridge is quiet at least.

Anybody have any experience with this one, Blue Circle Audio PLC Thingee?  Still a hundred bucks over the $100 or les mark, but coming in  at a reasonsable $229 new.

i would recommend going to ebay and running a search on "isolation transformer".  many high quality medical-grade units come up, frequently for <$100, especially if you are patient.  also, i would recommend a separate unit for dac & transport; and then another one for the rest of your rig.  if you are really patient, you can sometimes find mondo units that will be large enough for an amp (rated 10a or more) for <$100.  but, these can get wery heavy, and shipping will sometimes equal the cost of the unit.  also the larger units, while wery good, can hum a bit; which may be a problem, depending on where you can put it...
