My cabinet will hold 2/12"woofers crossed at 200hz and 1/12" midbass crossed at 200-800hz(separate box inside) and wondering if this is a good spec for a foam lining

I would recommend No Res or Blackhole 5 instead.

If they are primo drivers and these are speakers you'll be content with for a while, then No Rez/BH5 sounds better option. However considering the cost of No Rez and BH5, it would probably cheaper to build a more inert cabinet. Or do the Home Depot vinyl floor tiles method w/ the acoustic foam on top. It would be hard for me to spend as much on No rez/BH5 as on the drivers used.

BH5/NR are still beneficial with inert cabinets, they help with internal reflections and standing waves.

If you use foam it can be found cheaper....
