damaged tweeter on vr 4 gen 3

Hi vr lovers :D. I have a problem. The rear tweeter on my vr 4 gen 3 has been damaged and need replacement. Does anyone here know what to replace it with? is it seal or scanspeak or??

Hi, the rear tweeter used in the GenIII HSE is a Vifa H26TG-35-06 dome tweeter (1 inch, 6 Ohm) See: http://www.tymphany.com/files/products/pdf/H26TG-35-06.pdf

It seems to be rebranded to 'Peerless Vline H26TG-35-06' but also looks like it's discontinued so you'll probably have to contact VSA or look for a shop that still has some on the shelves.

Hi Emile,

Are you sure it is the tweeter?
Somtimes it is the wired level adjusteron the back. Try to twist it arround for several moments. If this not succeeds call or mail me for a solution, the VSA guys are very bussy moving the company these days.

Im sure - because its like someone has put a knife in it. It really need to be replaced. But it seems like no one know with what..
