So I purchased a 2nd hand VPI HW-16 which should arrive next week. From speaking with the seller, it seems to have been kit upgraded to a HW-16.5. Granted, I only own about 70 LP's right now, but I figure it's easier to clean 70 now than hundreds later. I'll clean new ones as I get them. One question though: How often do most clean their vinyl? Anybody have any tips or advice for a newb on using the machine? Thanks.

I use a HW-16.5 and only clean once with AI vinyl ceaner ( AI cleaner) that's all, hit it with a good record brush when you put it on. Also get a new vacuum tube for it.
