I have received a lot of emails concerning the repair of Melody products.

To better serve your needs, please either post in this thread or pm me to describe your problem and I'll try my best to help with your situation.

In case that I can't really troubleshoot without actually looking at your unit then, at your expenses, you'll need to ship your unit to me so our technicians can properly repair it.

I will not make any money on this but just merely provide a service to Melody end-users so hopefully when it comes time to upgrade, you'll stay with us.

I got a first response from melody but I told them to go back and doublecheck to make sure.
