PM me your email and I'll forward you a PDF file of the pinout diagram.

Bump!
I was wondering if somebody has a pinout diagram for the SC947-02. Can't find it anywhere online. I'm about to start modding my gear and a diagram would be extremely helpful.
Thanks!

Can somebody post a verbal description of the pins and some sort of guide to orientation?

Thanks,

Jim

On the SC947-02's side with the marking(primary), you have pins 1, 2, 3, 4 (1 & 4 are connectied to ground and signal. 2 & 3 aren't connected, they serve as support in SMD installations.), the other side( secondary) are  pins 5,6,7 & 8 (5 & 8 are for signal and ground. 6 &7 are the shield connections).

jhm731,

I have done the mods of SC947-02 to SB3 and DAC based on your opinion (vs other version). In my opinion since I have done with my MHDT Renaissance II DAC first and listened to the sound (not the SB3 yet) my musics sound more smooth, musical and mellow with tight and thick dynamic than when I listened to both (Tx and Rx) installed with SC947-02s. Is there anything to be added maybe a resistor and/or a capacitor since the combination has loose dynamic in mid and high but more details, less noise and less spacious and weak bass. Thanks in advance.

The SC947-02 can be used in either direction, but as per the SC website(see FAQs), the shields should face either the driving or driven IC.
