The first review of the premium 7A is in, and I am quite pleased.

"At the price point, I do not believe it can be touched. With that said, even with price not being a consideration, the 7a can stand tall in a high dollar system and never embarrass itself. Features include:

The 7A has 3 inputs and 1 output jack. Optional input and output jacks available.

Extremely low distortion, typically .015 or -74db down total harmonic distortion, without any global feedback.

Can drive 20k and higher input impedance amplifiers.

Simplicity of the signal path. "Lead to lead connecting" (copyright©) whenever possible.

No frequency dependent musical/signal feedback through the power supply since only one, high bandwidth, high current, low output impedance response stage is used.

A robust 4 stage power supply provides better isolation from hash and interference from/through the rectifiers, transformer and AC line, for a cleaner, more open sound.

Premium model uses sealed selector switch and sealed balance/volume controls, Jenalabs cryod wire in the signal path.
