There is not too much chance you will blow up your amp with the DI/O plugged into it.
The high output of the DI/O may distort your input stage, but that is about it.
Depending on how the Jolida is put together, you may have the volume control before the input stage. If that is the case, then all is well. You will have a very small amount of control over the volume, before it gets too loud, but that is all. If the input stage is before the control, then the gain stage may be overloaded by the DI/O. All that will result in is distortion, not damage.
Even the stock DI/O does not sound that great out of the box. It takes about 100-150 hours of constant signal going through it before it really opens up.
It takes quite a bit longer with the modded versions. As I replace just about everything that gets broken in, you have to start all over again. It will take anywhere between 400-650 hours of constant signal through a modded unit before it really shows what it can do.
