The caps changes and the addition of the Bybee will take a few hundred hours of constant 24/7 use to fully settle in.
Give it about three weeks before you do any really critical listening. There is a nice difference from stock, right away. It does get better

I just finished updating a modded SB2 for an AC member. He had compared his slightly older, full modded SB3 to an ACK! 2.0 and far preferred the analog outs. I updated the internal power supply mods and added a pair of Gold Bybees to the analog section. He should have it back on Monday. Hopefully he will post his impressions shortly after.
