I'm looking into which Power Supply to choose for my coming SB2.

I need 220VAC -so no ELPAC

As much as I flirt with getting the Ultimate MKII my budget doesn't allow me to do this for now. I am looking at what is possible for under 200$

I have found 3 which I think can be used?

I see that Wayne does a mod on the Power One..

Have you experience with the other two? Would you offer a mod to one of the others too? (Wayne?)

What would be the best choice for me?

Nik,

The Welborne is probably the best choice, if you do not have a problem building a case for it.

I think Ron has chosen some good parts. It is not as good as the Ultimate  but it is a lot cheaper.

I think I'll give the Welborne a try -seems they do some quality stuff.

The Ultimate is not for me (my wallet) right now..
