Gain of BP-26
« on: 10 Jul 2006, 08:15 pm »
I finally decided to try the BP-26 with my 7B-SST amps. I searched this forum and the BP-26 manual, but I could not find the gain specification of the BP-26 linestage.

Does anyone have that spec on hand?

Are there any pictures of the BP-26's insides available online?

Thanks,
Bob

Thanks James. Looking forward to getting the BP-26.

I will likely buy the external DAC when it becomes available. I think I recall you saying that there would be two versions: one with its own power supply and one that would use the MPS-2 power supply. Is that correct?

I assume that each of the MPS-2 supplies are well isolated from each other so that powering a digital device from it won't impact any analog devices it's powering.

Hi Bob,

Yes the plan is to release a full function CD player and full function Outboard DAC first and then offer the units with or without internal power supplies later on.
