Er - not sure what world some of y'all are in but none of these are really a stretch. I'd actually be willing to be that all of these have happened at some point (superhero can mean a lot of things).

Same guy; different person? That falls under "cross-dressing" (not a man putting on women's clothes, but disguising ones identity).

On a side note, Hollywood does have a fetish with actual cross-dressing. In "Family Matters: they had Urkle play his female cousin. But, that is a different discussion we should avoid.

On TV shows, you can be a evil twin by having a goatee, or the wild twin just with a hat and accent.

How about this one - seems really popular the last 15 years or so - inhaling on a cigarette and making it pop and crackle.  Usually with a close up because we don't know how cigarettes work.

A car escaping can drive fast and stop barely in time before driving off an overpass that's not finished yet, and be teetering on the edge. Put the car in reverse, flip over backwards, and somehow be turned around in the right direction to jump over the car that is chasing them and get away. The chasing car drives off the overpass and goes up way into the sky, comes back down and crashes into a city street and makes a perfect retangular deep hole. The car getting away just happens to driving on that same street and skips over the deep hole created by the falling car.
