Khartago new is $795. Stratos used is around $800-900. Nightingales are $1,295 new. Circe is $995.
I'm not suggesting Odyssey is the end all, but I do own a lot of Odyssey gear that I am very happy with and Klaus is great to deal with and he has stuff in your price range.
