Rythmik Sealed Sub Build - Wiring Question
« on: 11 Jul 2022, 02:44 pm »
Guidance request:

I am in the process of building the Rythmik sealed sub. The Rythmik amp comes with female spade quick connectors.  Should I snip these off to instead make solder connections to the sub for both the amp wires and servo wires?

I snip those off, strip the wire back about an inch, twist the strands together then use the push button connectors on the drivers

I soldered mine but Mike's suggestion is a good one.  I recommend securing the leads to the box and wrapping them in foam or similar.  I was a little sloppy with mine at first and had a lot of rattling inside the enclosure.
Enjoy, I'm very happy with mine.
