New Screw for Bryston BDP-1

New Screw for Bryston BDP-1

Hello,

In replacing the battery on the Motherboard of my BDP-1 I have rounded off one of the Torx T8 screws.  Can I buy a new screw?

Yes the remote cost $5.00 but the screw is $200.00  :icon_lol:

Just kidding - send me the address and I will send you some screws.

No kidding eh? I had to open my BDP-3 up to put a hard disk in and they were wildly tight. One was so tight that the threaded insert in the case itself broke loose, then I had a hell of a time getting that screw out with the loose "nut" spinning inside the case. Needless to say my case now sports an open hole. Sheesh...
