Hi there,
My listening room is 23' x 14'. I have the speakers firing along the long axis, 6' from the back wall and 4' from the side walls. My listening position is therefore quite a long way from the back wall, maybe 10' or so. I have a couple of DIY fibreglass base traps in the corners behind the speakers, 4 DIY 2" thick panels along the walls at the first reflection points and 2 panels in between the speakers on the wall behind them.
I am wondering if it is beneficial to have a mobile DIY 2" thick fibreglass panel which could be erected a short distance directly behind the listening position. I know I need some treatments on the wall and corners behind the listening position and also on the ceiling.
What is the most effective place to focus on next,
Any advice is gratefully received.
Thanks,
Russ
