just bought my good friends BCD-1 (he is buying a BCD3) and it came with the BR2 remote, no problems controlling the BCD-1 and my BDA-2, but having a problem coding the remote to control the BP-25, the users manual does not list a 3 digit code for the BP-25?  does anyone know the code?  Thanks!

You can try the code for the bp-26 which is 721,b60 itegrated722 or b100 int.712.My manual does not list the bp-25,hope that helps.

I would try it again..pretty sure its's the same code and I always used my BCD-1 remote with my BP25....make sure you follow the instructions
 
"To program the BR2 remote control to operate other Bryston models follow these steps:
    1st)
Press and hold the CODE button on the BR2 remote until the red LED begins to flash (usually takes about 5 seconds).
    2nd)  Once the red LED remains steadily lit enter a three digit code as follows:
    711 : SP2 PreAmp/Processor
    712 : B100 integrated amplifier
    721 : BP26 preamp and BP25"
